DESCRIPTION

The logistics corvette-class ship Clydesdale is deep in transit, running significantly behind schedule. 

The crew — stretched thin across overlapping duties — weighs a proposal from their pilot: an unauthorized route through unmapped sectors. 

Faster. Riskier. But maybe — just maybe — enough to get back on track.  

This is a grounded science fiction story with no artificial gravity, no force fields, and no Kessel Runs in “less than 12 parsecs.”

ABOUT THE PROJECT

"SHORTCUT" is a standalone interactive narrative built in Twine (SugarCube).  

This is a non-commercial prototype — a self-contained prologue to a larger hard sci-fi story.  

All writing, structure, and scripting were created by Araksu.
